| Hello all Many of you guys on this forum look up to Porsche owners and drivers. I used to be a Porsche enthusiast but after years of high maintenance bills, arrogant parts supplier s and total embarrassment on the track and street I took a jump over to Nissan 300zx. I often extol the virtues of the 300ZX to my Porsche contacts but they just dont get it. They laugh and are in denial like I was. Bottom line is the Z32 300ZX is better than any Porsche of the same year, and the gap is wider in the early years. Check out the sites and info below. Below is a quote from Autos spies about Porsche new suspension system, the 300ZX TT had this system in 1990, hmmm 13 years ago. I have it and it works great on my 300zx TT. The Porsche version will cost a fortune and probably have reliability problems. New for the 911 Carrera, this chassis, called "Porsche Active Suspension Management", can be supplied on request. In the "normal" position, PASM provides a sporty and comfortable balance to the suspension; pressing the "sport" button, however, makes the suspension firmer which enables the car to be driven in a particularly agile and sporty way.
